With Thanksgiving at our heals and so much to be thankful for, I wanted to make sure we were all taking time to be thankful for even our greatest assets...

It's so easy to compare ourselves to others and focus on our flaws. And sometimes it feels like it's the only way to really breakthrough the noise and get some darn attention already!
I have to be louder, more professional, more energetic, more beautiful. The list goes on and on. And sometimes it even works. For a while. At least until it doesn't. And then all you have left is a life and an identity that you hate.
But the truth is, people crave authenticity. People need what you have to share. And what you have to say matters. It's all about figuring out who you are and believing in yourself.
If you can do that and put yourself out there without any fakeness or inhibition from self-doubt then success will be guaranteed because you will be 100% you.
